The birth of Roy Apparels Private Limited started with a dream in 1992 by our founder Mr Nanda Dulal Roy with three workers and who dreamt of creating a world class garment company which would be grounded on the principle of excellence. Since then the company has grown to touch new levels of excellence with 500 direct Employee and 3000 indirect workers till date.

Roy's Apparels carries its own, holistic manufacturing units for knitting, Dyeing and garmenting processes situated in and around Kolkata.
Yarn…. unite! The “Interlink or knot” a series of loops made by one continuous thread to form fabric,” is actually called “Knitting,”. This is where loop of sets of yarn, are knitted together; where the yarn actually starts taking its shape.
Even though Knitted threads fresh off the loop, they also have some weird discolorations, impurities and debris which need to be cleaned. Here fabrics are treated with chemicals to remove oils and wax which occurs naturally in most fibers.
Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. The cleaned fabric is finally dyed, Bio-washed/silicon-washed with the desired color and then accordingly rolled and stored in the warehouses.
